A portion of the proceeds from the book “Sunday Lessons and Activities for Kids” will support immigrant mothers and their children at Waltham Family School in Massachusetts. This remarkable family literacy program “empowers English Language Learner families to be literate, self-sufficient and connected to the greater community. This innovative program is for parents of preschool aged and special needs children, parents with low literacy, low income, minorities and immigrants” (from their website).

“Together We Learn. Together We Read. Together We Succeed” is their motto.
